BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been booking with safarinow for many years. I am highly disappointed in your service. You sent me emails to make payments for establishments when the dates of the bookings are not available. You want to take clients money and you don't answer to emails. Your phone line is not available. I will not be booking with Safarinow again as this is not the way you used to operate. I want to warn people out there to be careful and rather contact the establishment before making payment!!!!!!!!!!!!
