Bad customer service

I have used Safarinow to book holidays. I never had a problem with the booking itself my problem is after leaving the establishment i complained about it and it goes on deaf ears nobody from Safari contacts you or tries to resolve the issue. I went to Margate Rondevoux 62 all the appliances was not working had so many problems and complained to Safari and no response so if you dont get what you paid for forget it complaining doesnt help. Also the leasing agent for that establishment which is Margate Holidays Unlimited insulted me was extremely prejudice sent very insulting emails to me after giving the establishment a rating i thought fitted she called me a **** was extremely rude, and who do you complain too. If that is the kind of treatment one receives for rating honestly then why should we even rate the service.
