Bad bad bad!!!
I would not recommend Safarinow.com I booked overnight accommodation at Casa Estrela and paid the full amount via eft. I have forwarded the proof of payment several times with no response or confirmation. No answer at there landline and very poor customer service. Hopefully I will get my money back as I have to book accommodation for us to sleep over. This is absolutely ruining my holiday because I have to spent more time on the phone trying to sort this out.
