at a time were service is almost non existent in SA, I was pleasantly blown away by Taryn Thenain's service, I had a query which needed urgent attention which she handled with the utmost professionalism and friendliness, I could actually hear the smile behind her voice. About an hour later I had a friend who had a query that also needed urgent attention and she received the same kind of service and was also pleasantly surprised.
