Avoid at all costs

These guys are no better than ******. I had to cancel a booking a while back - with plenty of notice - due to a venue change. They assured me they would deal with the venue regarding a refund and get back to me. Needless to say, they never did, nor have they responded to a number of emails asking for an update. They are the worst accommodation booking company I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
