Always room for improvements.
As a booking admin that has listings on their site, I like their website layout. It's easy, efficient and catchy. Sadly, I don't get much bookers from there but when I do, it goes smoothly. Also had no problems when it comes to assistance. However, upon review of all the terrible reviews of Safarinow, I believe that you can be improved as a big team. Hope it gets better overtime and people leave satisfied.

Thanks for the positive feedback. We have in the past year had some complaints but mostly driven by the effects of 2020. Everything's stabilised now and you will see fewer complaints and resolutions to all of them.
