Accomodation complaint - no response/refund

Complaint re: 502 Sorgente (11-18 Dec 2015)<br> we would like to bring the ffg points to your notice: <br> 1) fridge not working properly<br> 2) only one shower usable, <br> 3) some cupboard doors were falling off their hinges , <br> 4) many chipped mismatched dishes, <br> 5) no proper curtains in main bedroom - only thin blinds ,not sufficient for light blockout and privacy<br> 6) Sofas had cig burns - old and tattered<br> 7) Cane furniture cushions were stained & dirty & mouldy<br> 8) Carpet in lounge & bedrooms-dirty, old and stained.<br> 9) Wrt Braai stand, rusted, unusable<br> 10) Main bedroom door - no working latch<br> lodged a complaint on Saturday afternoon . Received response Monday morning. Juan turned up Tuesday morning . All we heard was excuses for the poor maintenance of the place. Later that day the shower was attended to but was definitely not great! Wednesday morning a spring cleaning team came through to clean out furniture and carpet in lounge/ dining area. This took around 2 hours with all furniture, carpet being left on balcony to dry. By then we had enough of being inconvenienced and packed up and left.
