ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

<p>We made a booking at Montagu Guano Caves through SAFARINOW. We put down 3 Adults, 2 children 0 - 2 an then 4 children 6 - 13. The submission went through to SAFARI and they sent us confirmation of the booking. On the 16 November 2016 we made the first deposit which was R3900 and then a day later SAFARINOW sends us an email stating that the deposit was confirmed for 3 Adults, 1 child 0-2 and 2 children 3 - 11. Suddenly we are all on a buzz because the deposit has been made and the booking amount of people is all wrong. We then contacted Montagu Guano Caves and asked them about it and they gave us the booking as to how SAFARINOW sent it through to them. Then we asked them if we could get our money back as we have to make other arrangements, and they confirmed keeping 50% from the money that was paid in a day before. On the 18 November 2016 Montagu Guano Caves phoned us again insisting that we should take it up with SAFARINOW because they only accommodate 6 person (children not even a year old) are included. On SAFARINOW's confirmation states that the cottage can take up to 8 people but Montagu insists that that information is all wrong. I have mailed SAFARI regarding the problem and just get automatic replies all the time. We do not want to loose our money as it is a lot and we also want to go on holiday. But the way SAFARI has handled this is all wrong. All we want is for them to either accommodate us (3 Adults, 2 Children 0-2 and 4 children 6-13 as it was stated on the booking application form to SAFARINOW or all our money back and not a cent less. Please help!!!!!! You will probably not get any proof as to our bookings as SAFARI has twisted it around. Thank you in advance!!!!!</p>
