Abismal problem resolution

I challenge anyone to get in direct contact with the management of SafariNow when there is a problem to be resolved!

Three months of illogical, unhelpful correspondence led to this post on Hello Peter:

SafariNow did not update listing records when asked to do so on numerous occasions. A client booked and the payment went into the wrong account. To resolve it I asked for two things: 1. That my contact information be removed from their records so that this does not happen again. (This took over two months)

2. That I get instruction or an invoice so that I can make the payment.
(I have been advised that there is a backlog – and yet I am expected to just pay) That's it! Not complicated at all.

SafariNow have been inefficient, unhelpful and totally unprofessional in resolving this.

All I need is an invoice or a valid request/instruction from SafariNow so payment can be made and SafariNow's client can be reimbursed. The fact that SafariNow has not already refunded the client, in my oppinion, is totally unprofessional.

Hi Mike
Following contact with Janis who advised that you had listed a property on their behalf; ownership details were updated on the profile. When the profile was originally listed bank details were added and that is where this payment was settled to.
An invoice will be sent to you for the refund. We had also sent a POP and a request for you to refund this.A partial refund was done to the guest, we await the balance which was settled to you. We have been in touch with the customer, and they have been kept up to date regarding this query.

Best regards,
