A Disgusted level of communication
An absolute disgust level of communication from safari.now!! After multiple emails to every email that I could get my hands on with reminders and no response and my holiday is in 2 days!! I have made full payment on 2 transactions and they tell me only was 1 payment found on their side. With p. o. ps sent still awaiting response!!!! Every number or person you click on contact there is no details. What is this really?????!!!

We have picked up the query and note that the payment was mis referenced which is why our finance team was unable to allocate it. We have now allocated the payment to the booking.
