Void Promises

<p>I have asked for a specific date of delivery and was promised it will be comp**** for. They very eager to help and reply on my emails before I paid, regardless to say, once I paid everything stopped and I cannot get hold of them. The delivery is already 3 weeks late and they do not communicate the hold-ups to me on a regular or even any basis. If I do not ask at least twice I get no response. I have called many times, just to getto the reception, taking my number and promising to get a call back. I am still waiting after they took my number 4 times. I already lost my deadline for commencing my business so now I do not need this anymore. I have asked for a refund, but they have ignored me ever since.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am taking legal acts now, since I saw that this is a common occurence!!!</p>
