Vaccum of promisses
<p>We ordered and paid a 70% deposit for a expensive custom built vacuum sealer at the end of March 2016. Initially we got very good responses and feedback and we were told delivery will be 3-4 weeks. It is now end of May 2016 and we still don’t have the machine or any feedback from anybody at the company. NOBODY answers their phones and the call centre that answers the landline num also can’t do anything to help. I would definitely advise to be very careful when considering doing business with Safari-vac.</p>
We finally received our machine almost three month late. During this time it was almost impossible to get hold of Chris or anybody else at Safari-Vac. The last reasons that were given as to the delay was that they were testing the machine make 100% sure that everything is working. When we received the machine it was an absolute disappointment. Firstly it was NOT working! There was so much wrong with the machine that it is not even worth mentioning. The workmanship was poor to say the least. None of the dials or buttons had labels and settings on them and everything was skew. Also even though we were promised a user Manuel we STILL have not received this and probably never will. We have now taken this brand new machine to another company to get it working costing us more money. I will never advice anybody to do business with Chris from Safari-Vac.
