Still Waiting for a Refund

Gobas Butchery placed an order for vacuum bags on 3 Feb 2015 and paid a 70% deposit. On the 30 Mar 2015 after still not receiving the bags from SafariVac they sent a letter demanding either they get their bags or their deposit back within 10 days. Various attempts were made to contact them but to no avail. on 19 May a further request was made for SafariVac to repay the deposit. The response from Chris Johnson was the following\ We have already agreed to a refund....We are waiting for a large payment ourselves therefore payment could not be done last week. Will keep you informed"<br> <br> It is now 6 weeks later and still no contact from Chris Johnson or SafariVac.
