Still no refund or delivery

Well, now we're in 2016. This is in response to my previous post, which I cannot comment on.<br> <br> I spoke to Kyle once more and he assured me the product was done and he would get back to me. Of course he didn't. Neither Chris nor Kyle answer phones or emails. I returned to their premises but it was locked up. Chris actually accepted my invite on hangouts, so I can see when he is online and ignoring me. Eventually I hired a lawyer who contacted them on their private numbers. They said delivery would take another 6 months (that would then make it 10 months in total). They refuse to pay the refund, and a summons for their arrest is in the process of being issued. The only response we have received from them is that they are leaving this up to their legal team. <br> <br> My only confusion is why other people have not taken legal action as well. They are carrying on with business as usual and taking new orders (and deposits) all the time.
