Safari-Vac not delivering

A payment of R10 000 was made on 8 April 2015 into Safari-vac's account. An email was received from Kyle on the same date indicating the payment was received and the machine will be ready by 24 April 2015. The machine was not ready and upon enquiry a second email was send on 13 May 2015 by Kyle informing me that the machine will be ready within one week. <br> Now almost a month later no machine and we struggle to get hold of them.<br> Extremely bad service and I will not recommend them.
