PAID IN FULL, NO DELIVERY STILL AWAITING REFUND

We paid Safari-Vac in full for Vacuum bags on the 5th November 2014, which we did not receive. Safari-Vac said they could no longer supply the bags. We asked for a refund. Safari-Vac only refunded half of the money owed to Control Solutions Instrumentation on the 21-01-2015. We have sent numerous emails and have tried contacting them, but have had no response or feedback from Kyle or Chris Johnson. Safari-Vac should not be trading, as they cannot be trusted.
