No response from Safarivac

Hi, we are trying to get hold of safrivac for the last 3 days, left messages, tried Chris Johnson's cell phone, send email but there is no response and the lady at reception can't help at all. We send a repair to them on the 08/04/2015 to repair, we paid the amount in full on the 29/04/2015 and are still awaiting response on the repair, we need to collect the unit, to supply to our customer before the 29/05/2015.
