They are poor in communicating. Everytime you call them for follow up they act they have a memory loss you must explain yourself who you are and why is your car in their workshop.

When I collected my car after, it was in a bad state like it was repaired in the back door business (zama zama business) they fixed the bumper that was damaged, fastened with cable ties because the clips were broken. my boot door couldn't close properly, there were scratches on my windscreen, the body was not polished after respray. When I took my car back after the insuarance ordered them to fix it, everytime I go back there first it was Hendrick acting like it's the first time he saw me and he acted surprised with their poor work on my car, that time he was the one I handed my car to after the accident, they gave me another day to bring it in , when I got there again it's the new person you must explain again as to what happened , and that one also would act like he doesn't know the story. This year again January its now Louis again I had to tell the story from scratch telling me that he is new, giving me false hope only to take my car only in June and lying that they already received the new bumper, there weeks my car is with them only got the part on the third week and my car hasn't been attended to They give.
