Pathetic

Absolutely pathetic service, if one can call it service at all. I was supposed to collect my vehicle last week Thursday, phoned them and the excuse Hendrik had was that the compressor just failed and electricians are on site, one week later today I phoned again and my vehicle is still not completed, the latest excuse according to Hendrik is that his panel beater is in hospital. This company has pathetic/no service, there is no communication regarding delays at all.
