Absolutely terrible service and attitude

Absolutely terrible service and attitude. Not accepting responsibility for issue occurring after repairs. Very slow to source parts as well.

Was an insurance claim after a light accident. Driver side window was loose when I got my car back also did not have a rattle in my door before Accident now have and Safari is refusing to fic this issue. The door was worked on because it had a light scratch on and it was repaired.

Busy following up with my insurer but Safari out right denies working on my door and refuses to repair the door rattle.
