Useless and *********** service

<p>I purchased a firearm from the Rivonia branch and waited 5 months for the licence which eventually arrived,relieved and happy to finally collect my purchase, my joy quickly turned to anger when I picked up the firearm to find a deep scratch on the barrel and indentations on the stock .</p> <p>What was I to do, as this was not a pair of shoes that can simply be exchanged and to work on the piece will effect any future value . Unconcerned and casually the manager said they will work on the weapon and will return it to me in three weeks time, which has come and gone, with future dates doubling the time promised.</p> <p>The devil may care attitude and wreckless handling of the fire arm has left me stupified by these bafoons and their amatuer, unprofessional conduct has ensured that I will make a point of taking my business elsewhere in the future.</p>
