********* and Poor Service

Most ********* and poor service I have ever seen.

First they overcharged me for a rifle. The salesman gave me a price for a rifle and when I went to pay they overcharged me. They then didn't want to give me the price the salesman gave me and just said sorry he made a mistake. After various fights and emails over a couple of weeks they agreed to give me the price the salesman said.

Then when applying for the license I was informed they sold me a rifle not on Safari & Outdoors name. Then they gave me some stupid story of the rifle doesn't have to be on their name and they just have to have submitted the forms then they can sell the rifle again. They just said sorry, out of their hands, as if they don't care at all and just wanted to get the sale.

Now, after various delays due to their negligence I needed the rifle urgently to go hunting, and all they said was sorry they have 5 days to get the rifle for me, so I will have to wait. Ridiculously poor service from their side.
