********* and pathetic service!!!!

Hi All,

As a frequent visitor to you Johannesburg store , I decided to purchase a CZ Shadow 2 .

After a week or so , I decided to change the transaction to a CZ P07 , and I CZ455 , which suited my needs better.

I was aware of the 20% cancelation policy , but after a discussion with Jacques at your Johannesburg store , he agreed to void the 20% , as the new transaction was I slightly higher in value that the first.

After around 3 weeks of waiting for the new paper work, and numerous calls and visits , I pop in again to try and get the paper work.

Only to be surprised by the fact that NOW the agreement I had with Jacques , is no longer valid and I will indeed loose 20% of the first transaction , or I need to spend another 30%

This is such pathetic and ********* service !!!!

I have decided to never set foot in ANY Safari & Outdoor shop again , and rather support other firearm dealers , even if I have to pay more!!!

Very unhappy ex customer!!!
