TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LIES - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

We bought an airgun as a gift for my son at the end of August for his birthday in the middle of September. If was a much anticipated gift and the disappointment overwhelming when the gun broke after the 5th shot on his birthday.

The gun was not replaced but sent in for repairs which we were told would take a week.

After so many promises and phonecalls, without receiving any feedback, it is now one month later and still no joy. The date that the gun will arrive back is being pushed forward all the time to a point where we can no longer contain our frustration about this matter.

Feedback on the part of Safari Outdoor Stellenbosch is 0. We are instead met with attitude from the "department manager" and "store manager" who can only do "so much and not more".

Worst of all is disappointing my son over and over again as I'm being told blatant lies by the staff where dates and progress is concerned as nothing realises.

I will never refer any of my family or friends to any of Safari's stores after this terrible experience.
