Stay away from Safari and Outdoor

On the 23rd of November 2018, my wife and I went to safari and outdoor Cradelstone mall to purchase a few rifles, Jacques informed us that there is a 5 day cooling off period. 3 Hours later we decided that we are not comfortable with the advise and guns that was sold to us. I immediately returned to Safari and outdoor and explained that i wish to cancel the purchase. They accepted and requested that i complete a EFT form, produce a letter from my bank as proof of banking details, copy of my ID. Which i did. I was then promised that they will do a eft into my account. Today is the 7th of December and up to date they have not paid back my money and i am out of pocket with R25 800.00. I have tried contacting their head office "no reaction" the staff and management at Cradelstone is not willing to assist us and keeping on say it will be paid tomorrow. and yet nothing happens.
