Bought a gun in Feb 2019 did all the necessary paperwork or so I thought and paid for a motivational letter which I never and only found about a form I had to fill in for the motivational letter 6months letter when I was enquiring about my license as I was lead to believe they're gonna do everything for me, now they wont give my deposit back even thought they're the ones who needed up from their side. I spoke to the manager at the cradlestone branch who was rude and condescending only short of calling me the K word.
