SELL YOU FAULTY PRODUCTS

The worst customer service I have ever received, Brought a brand new spyderco matriarch 2, a few days later the entire tip of the knife was missing. The blade has not been used for anything nor has it been dropped. Very clear to see the blade is in pristine condition and hasn't been used. 3 weeks later they ask if it is ok if they SHORTEN THE BLADE and resharpen it. They tell me that they are not willing to take the knock. They sold me a faulty VG10 blade and say it is my problem. They should go check their terrible ratings on the web. They have lost me as a client. Spyderco they are massively damaging your reputation.
