Safari Outdoor Stellenbosch poor service

Had to return an item I purchased the day before. Item was unused and in original packaging with receipt. Store then informed me that they will only give me store credit and do not do refunds. Only after having to argue with two supervisors and being left to wait for more than 20 minutes did they decide to give me a refund. This was a really bad experience and I will not be supporting Safari & Outdoor again in future.
