Safari Outdoor Pretoria bad service

Looked at prices of items advertised in SO winter sale booklet. Prices were not updated and as it was not possible for me to drive to one of the stores I phoned to place an order. After several attempts and e-mails over 3 days, I'm still waiting for response from Pretoria branch. It seems that the sale are only used to lure customers into their stores and not really for the benefit of customers. Previously visited Randburg branch and suddenly the item as advertised were not on sale with them. Looking at the stores and way customers are treated they only cater for those who spend thousands and do not really consider ordinary customers who need to turn their buck around twice before spending it.
