Safari outdoor paper work problems

Me and my friend bought guns from Safari outdoor, it is to our disappointment that we can not license the guns. These guys gave us papers for guns that is not in their name. After a big fight with them and few weeks later my friend got his papers. I signed my gun over to my brother because of life changes. He is also going threw the same problems with safari outdoor as my friend did. So for a big company like them it is inappropriate. They tel you everything is right but it was a disappointment.
