Safari outdoor never again

Got a voucher for my birthday from my wife. So when of to Safari Outdoor Stellenbosch to spend this voucher. Well I where at first really disappointed in the staff bad customer services. Well reminding my self I don't need them to enjoy this moment I when on a shopping spread. Well I was loading up to a point where my son came and told me he think.,lets go pay. Well after stand in this queue, that is moving forward at a very slow speed it was our turn to pay. The lady also not even greating us start ring up. Then paying for the items. She gave the amount due to my surprise I didn't even spend all the value of this voucher. Gave the voucher to the lady. She tipe in the voucher code. Sorry you already spend the voucher. What? I ask her. She reply that this voucher have been use already OK. Maybe a admin problem I ask here to call the manager. After a while a person came and his reply was the lady working with this voucher is not available today. Wow. But it seems to them I, someone have already spend this voucher. Well needless to say. I left safari outdoor with a very bad experience. The following day I sorted out the problem with my voucher. Gave it to my son to go and spend. Safari outdoor is really overrated. What a **** experience.
