Safari Outdoor Customer Care

My wife bought me a pair of shoes from Safari Outdoor in Lynwood, Pretoria. She then returned to the same store to exchange the shoes or be refunded. Sidney, the store manager, then said that they cannot exchange the shoes because it was worn. They found a "burn" mark underneath the one sole and therefor cannot refund us. I did not even fit these shoes and my wife returned these shoes to the store, in exactly the same condition as she found it in the store. Needless to say that I was very, very disappointed with this store's customer care and return policy in this case.
