Safari Outdoor caught pants down

Ok so a year ago my wife bought a Sniper Camo pants for me. Unfortunately it was before hunting and I wanted a Trophy pants. Completely forgot about it untill last week. Price tag on neatly folded as it came from store. Phoned the store and also spoke to a Fanie from headoffice but they refuse to swop the pants. Its not in the 7 day period. Eish now if he said no we are stopping the Sniper range or such I can accept but a straight refusal. I explained I am in a wheelchair as the trophy is smoother(Material is not cotton like Sniper) for transferring in and out of chair. NO! What about a "credit" even at a lower amount and I will top up for a Trophy pants... NO!
