Rude, arrogant and Liers (that the staff that work for this organisation in the finance department)

I purchased some item at Safari our Door Eastrand Mall and Returned it with in the Cool off period,, That's When my night mare began. The guys in the Store they dont have a clue on which card they can refund and they cant refund. then they called their HO and they all dont know. and they came back with a stupid answer to say we are unable to refund on a debit card, and i was not using a debit card. Then i was told you will get your money by Friday. 30-03-2018 Money was not received not call was received, then i called to follow-up. lame excuse that was given to me that the CFO was not in the office to Approve the payment, i understood as the lady said to me it will be done by Friday-06-April-2018, then on Friday i didnt get my Refund. then i called in. i was told that the CFO not in the office and the funds have not been approved, in to my sup price this was the same story that i was given for last week, It is so disappointing to see such a well established company like this treating people like some rubish.. the stuff are not honest, they dont keep their promises to keep Customers update. one even **** to my face and told me the way she has been calling me and she could not get hold of me, She said to me she is forwarding me a proof of payment just to get ride of me, How do you generate a proof of payment to the transaction that is not complete (Pathological lier Sindy) The Floor manager in the branch **** in my face said the CFO was not available to approve payment while she didnt submit the Documentation, Then i dealt with her Manager, Sandy (Another Lier, her promise was for the transaction to be approved on Friday or latest Saturday and promissed me to call me and all didnt happen. Trophy taker their manager Hellen, arrogant, Rude, impatient, first thing that she said to me, i hear that you are impatient with your Refund,, Who says that to the Customer.. really?????

I lost trust and faith in this organisation. The staff they are so ****y and full of them self they dont care about their Customers.. i will not encourage any one to support this stores...
