Ridiculous refund policy

I am really disappointed in the process that Safari follows with a refund of my money. On the 12th of June I paid a deposit for a rifle, later that night I found out that the model was a child's model and I asked for a refund. Now I am still waiting for my money to be paid back. I was never informed that paying with a debit card means that I have to wait for two week to get a refund, if I was told then I would have used a credit card.
