Resolving complaint

Further to my complaint last week regarding Safari and Outdoor, it came to light that the credit had in fact been done on the merchandiser's side, but somehow was not picked up on my bank's side. <br> However, the query could have been resolved quickly and efficiently instead of taking two months to resolve.<br> <br> I confirm that the matter was promptly resolved by yesterday, with the assistance of Helen ****rell, Fin Mngr and also Claudette for which I am greatful.
