Poor after-sales service!

On 11.05.18 I purchased a handgun from the Safari store in Lynnwood Pretoria. After receiving my competency certificate, I went to SAPS to hand in my license application. Just to find out that the handgun is STILL NOT REGISTERED IN SAFARIs NAME!! It has been 5 months since it was purchased and still no registration, and I don't know how long it has been at Safari before I purchased it in May 2018. THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! Whether is has been placed on the list to go to the cfr after purchase I don't know?? But this makes no difference. This is a CRITICAL POINT in their chain of custody and there should at least be two responsible people to sign and co-sign if this critical point has been fulfilled and there should have been follow-ups with the cfr AND communication with the clients in 5 months. This DID NOT take place and I am extremely unhappy. Now I am delayed for I don't know how many months until Safari and Outdoor decides to do their work.
