Pistol not dealer stocked !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased my first pistol from Safari Outdoor Boksburg in November 2018, did my training and finally got my competancey in June 2019. Safari gave my SAPS271 and off I went excited to get this over with and receive my licence for the pistol. Well I got to the Benoni SAPS and they said sorry your pistol is at the wrong FAR code or whatever. So I went to the store the same day asked what is the problem. No sir looks like the pistol was never dealer stocked and we have to wait a week to get it dealer stocked and off the agency's name to ours. Well its has been over a week and I decided to lodge a complaint against them to find more people that had the same problem as I did, but they waited months for their firearm to be changed. So I think tomorrow I will ask for my money back and buy a firearm from someone that actually has one available and ready. SAFARI OUTDOOR will never see me again!!!!!!!!!!!
