Motivation Help NO go

I recently bought a firearm from them (Safari Outdoor Boksburg) which was a great experience. So because of that I asked them to assist me in applying for my firearm license. They gave me a blank 271 form to fill by myself which I clearly don't know how to. They only filled the parts with the gun info but said the rest I must do. I did ask for assistance but that's where the assistance ended. I received an email asking for a lot of documents to be scanned and emailed to them with a questionnaire so that they can do motivation for me. Then a few days later I've received an email back from them with my motivation attached (great). Just to find out I have to compile the application myself! Why did I have to scan all that paperwork for them and they don't do anything with it....? So they charge me R860 to edit a document they have with my details just so that it cost me another R290 to print all off this myself. They don't even tell you that everything is supposed to be put in a folder... if I haven't heard that from a friend I would have gone to the SAPS and be shown away for it being incorrect format. I'll refer people to rather go to African Hunter & Outfitters. They actually help you. They help filling in the forms, print the motivations and put it neatly in the correct folder as required by the SAPS.
