Loyal customer lost

After purchasing a pair of boots at the east rand branch, I wore them for and hour at home and found them to be a bit small. Management flat refused to exchange them for a larger size, I WAS a loyal customer in the past, sorry Safari Outdoor you have lost a customer who will not set foot in your stores ever again, obviously I will be spreading the word to friends, family, social media and whomever I can, judging from other reviews here it seems to be the trend from this company.
