Long outstanding refund

On the 8 th of December 2019, I purchased a wallet at Safari Outdoor Cradle Stone Mall. I Had to repeat the card transaction as the casheer advised that the first attemp was cancelled. This was not the case and both transaction amounts were deducted from my bank account. Since then I have been in contact with Safari Outdoor to refund me without success. They keep telling me that I need to wait for the bank to refund me - They can unfortunately not tell me when this will take place and I am running out of patience. Safari Outdoor refuses to refund me in cash.
