multiple emails, multiple online contact forms. they are the worst with regards online orders. No confirmation emails, no ready to collect emails. Left multiple messages with the Stellenbosch branch (Collection point). Orders on hold but no response. I got hold of 1 person in 20 calls who told me refunds take 7 to 14 days... That's just not acceptable for any retailer. They just don't care
