Excellent Service! Ordered online and had absolutely no issues at all, I was kept up to date on the order and delivery and the item we purchased was HALF the price we paid for this exact same pair of boots 4 years ago!!! Highly recommended, not sure why they have so many negative reviews, my experience with them was nothing short of PERFECT!
