Don't want to replace defective die

I purchased a set of redding dies from the online store which I received well enough, Once I received my rifle 2 months (In the mean time the dies stayed in the box as there is no use for them without a rifle) later I found that the dies spindle was not centred to the body. When requesting a replacement of refund they insinuated that I had damaged it and that I can buy a new spindle from them as they didn't have any sets in stock.<br> When asked if I can just return the spindle for a new one or have the whole die refunded my emails went unanswered
