Dishonest staff

I sold me hand gun back to them. Completed the forms on 22 April the sales person Jacques promised that the money will be paid to me between 7-20 days. On day 14,I followed up with Marinda. -Jacques never phoned my back after numerous messages. Marinda confirmed on the 6th of May that the necessary documents was sent through and is received by Finance. Marinda responded that it takes about 10-14 days to process. Yesterday she promised to phone me back which she did not. This morning when I phoned Marinda she said apparently finance never received the documents. This is totally unacceptable and poor client relations. I cannot trust anything they say now.
