DISAPPOINTING BAD SERVICE

<p> </p> <p>I bought a gun from Safari and Outdoor Pretoria-very exiting. After months of waiting for the license it gets approved but know i am waiting for the license card.</p> <p>Staying in the North West far from the big city i arranged with the local gun shop owner to pick up the gun form safari and outdoor.</p> <p>I started arranging with the lady's at Safari and outdoor working with the transfers of gun 8 days(on the 21 March ,six working days) before hand, calling every day to straight out the details of the transfer,sending the necessary emails etc. The policy is to let them know 48 hours in advance before collecting a gun.</p> <p>Today (29 March) 09:00 i call to hear if the gun is at the store to be collected and they assure me every thing is in order for the collection. 14:00 the afternoon my local gun shop owner arrives for the pickup and after an hour they (safari and outdoor) tells him they cant find the gun!?!?!?!</p> <p>No i have to pay him for his time and service he did for me. But Safari and outdoor didn't even call me to explain what is going on. I call them but the lady's dont want to take my calls.</p> <p>Very unhappy!!!</p> <p> </p>
