****************!! Unhappy Customer

On 21 March I visited the Cradle moon store. I had a voucher to spend. I bought a Jacket that was priced on the label at R699.00 When the transaction went through, on the till slip it showed R799.00 When I asked the cashier about it I was told the cash register price is the final price. Never have I heard something so absurd! I took the item to buy for the price I could see it was labelled for. That is the price I agreed to pay!!! How can it just change when you come to the till to pay? If they have the right to do that, it means they can charge any price they want and expect the customer to just be happy with it! This is totally unacceptable and NOT fair to a customer to be bul**** like that into paying more than they thought was reasonable!! I only had a certain amount available on my voucher and had to pay in more than I budget on the transaction. Is there any consumer law that protects a consumer in situations like this? All I know is...they will not get a cent from me again! Their prices are very loaded already and then to still having to pay even more upsets me greatly! Keep Well Safari Outdoor! I will never visit your stores again, nether will I recommend you to anyone!
