Consistent bad service

<p>Around three weeks ago, my son and I went to Safari on Pretoria East, to look at PCP airrifles. Looking at our budget and needs we were told that the Kral Puncher Bullpup would suit our needs. We were given a business card by Adriaan and told we can e-mail him to get a quote. After reading up on this particular PCP we decided that this is what we want. So i e-mailled Adriaan, listed all the items we need, including the PCP, regulator, scope and bag we wanted. This e-mail has not been answered to today. Last week Wednesday, I phoned Adriaan and could not get hold of him, I was told by Nicole that he will phone me back as he is quite busy. three hours later, I decide to look on their website and I see that there is one gun metal blue Kral Puncher with a wooden stock in PTA and one in JHB. So I register on the site and try to order one. Complimentsof hellkom, my connection then broke and I had to re-login and order a gun. I drive to Pretoria on Wednesday afternoon (2017/04/26), (we live 60km away on a small holding) as I want to pick up the PCP. I am told that they have none in stock at which I am a bit surprised, but I accept that for what it is. That evening I look at my online order and I discover that in my haste the second time round I ordered a shyny so called marine look PCP. I log a ticket on the website and I ask if I can changeit for a gun metal blue PCP. I get an e-mail back which states that I can bring it back and exchange it. I reply and say it is still in the chop and I need them to swap it. I then get a SMS on Friday, saying that my PCP is ready for collection. I e-mail Lizette and ask if this is the swapped around gun metal blue one. No reply hours later and I drive to PTA. I get there and I get a badly scratched marine PCP with my name on. I say, but this is the one I would have liked swapped out. Then fot the first time it sinks inn that I am the same Mr Andre Smit, same phone number and same wrong PCP. I am told that they can only swap it on Tuesday, as it is a long weekend and I accept that as I did make the original mistake of ordering the wrong item. No it is a week later, Tueasday has come and gone, I have phoned and asked, they will let me know when I get my PCP. Wednesday is closing fast and I have not heard anything. I log into the site, and yes there are 4 Kral Punchers in JHB, none in PTA, I phone to speak to Lizette and I am told I would be called back, that was 3 hour ago. That is after I held on for more than 5 minutes and the phone was picked up and put down in my ear. Yeah I am going to get called back and I have to believe that. This is after I have spend just over R15200 buying the PCP, regulator, sack, scope, scope mounts, ammo, etc. So much for 48 hours turn around and service as advertised on the website. Between Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday, that is only a roumor.</p>
