Chrony

I bought a chronograph from Safarai And Outdoor. The chrony is faulty, I took it back to them for repair or replacement. They assured me that they will sort the problem out as soon as possible. I waited more than a week for them to let me know what the outcome is. I phoned the office whereby Tanya told me the chrony will be send back to Formallito, they will then send the chrony to the supplier for repairs. I have contacted Formallito and SAO numerous times and no one gets back to me regarding my chrony. Being a reloader I can not reload accurately therefore I can not hunt with confidance. If I knew I would get this poor service from a big company like S and O I would rather have gone to a smaller supplier and spend my money there. What is up with Safari and Outdoor. No after sales service and no communication. I thought the customer is nr one, but I think not??
