BAD SERVICE FROM SAFARI OUTDOOR CRADLESTON

I puchased something from Safari Outdoor in Cradlestone. I returned the items the next day as it was not suitable for me. I wanted to buy ammunition from them with the credit that I had. The did not have stock of the specific amo and I was told that I should try later. I went back to them after 5 months and they still did not have the right amo. I asked them to order for me, they phoned me back and told me that they cant get the amo I need. I requested them to please do a refund of the R1099.00 so that I can go and purchase the amo somewhere else. I was told by the branch manager Hendrik Jansen van Vuuren that they wont do a refund. I feel this is utterly unfair. I wanted to buy from them but they cant supply me with what I want. I dont need anything else from them why must I spend that money on something I dont need. I want my refund.
